Reporting - Historical Balances

This article describes how you can retrieve your historical balance and EOFY snapshot.

Reporting - Historical Balances

Zerocap strives to provide accurate and detailed reporting for our clients

As such the Zerocap Portal now has its own dedicated “Reporting” tab - located within the navigation bar at the top of the user interface:

Holding Statements

What are holding statements?

Holding statements provide clients with a detailed daily snapshot of their account balances across:

  • Fiat and Crypto held in custody
  • Savings & Term deposits
  • Staking
  • Structured products*
*  Downloaded separately

Holding statements are readily available to download in PDF format under the “Reporting” tab - and provide a detailed snapshot of digital assets held since inception. In order to download a holding statement, clients select the desired date from the drop down menu pictured below:

For Wholesale Clients that have subscribed to Structured Products; holding statements can similarly be generated via the same drop down menu:

Please note: that prices are based on the previous daily close, with new holding statements being generated everyday at 10am AEST.

Clients are able to elect a native Fiat currency for their holding statements to be denominated in - in order to enable this feature please reach out to a member of our team over the portal chat or support@zerocap.com.

Transaction Histories & EOFY Reporting

Transaction histories are available for each individual’s account - providing a detailed breakdown of trades, including details such as the:

  • Date of trade
  • Asset Purchased / Sold
  • Amount Purchased / Sold
  • The Rate (Price) the trade was executed at

To request a transaction history or End of Financial Year Report please reach out to a member of the Zerocap team at support@zerocap.com. The Zerocap team is endeavoring to provide clients with around-the-clock access to download these transaction histories and reports via the portal - a feature which will be enabled in 2023.
