How to upload/change my bank details

This article discusses the requirements and steps to upload your bank details in your Zerocap portal.

Requirements :
In order to upload your bank details, you must have access to your portal account.


Instructions : 

1. Log in to your portal account and click on preferences


2. Click on add 

3. Before submitting your details you will be asked to upload a copy of your current bank statement, only the header info as (account name, account number, address of account holder, and the bank name is needed). This is for security purposes only. Our KYC team will review the details. They are required to approve it before any transfer can be actioned.

4. Once our KYC team has approved the bank details, you will receive an email from us advising the bank account has been updated.
