Access the Portal
The link for the portal is: https://portal.zerocap.com
You can access this from the Zerocap website anytime by clicking "Account" at the top-right then select “Sign Up” or “Login”
Create an account - Welcome
The page will prompt you to login. As you do not yet have an account, select "Sign up" at the bottom of the page.
Once you have entered an email address and a password that satisfies the listed criteria, press "Continue".
2FA and the QR code - Secure Your Account
Zerocap takes every action possible to ensure the security of your assets. For this reason, we require two-factor authentication (2FA) in order for you to access your account.
To complete this step you will need an "authenticator app", such as:
Open your authenticator app and press the "add" button, then scan the QR code on-screen.
Your device will then provide you with a "one-time code" which refreshes every 30 seconds. Enter this code and hit "Continue".
Recovery code - Almost There!
The recovery code on this page is to ensure you can still access your account should you lose your 2FA device (i.e. your phone). Record it and store it safely.
Check "I have safely recorded this number" and hit "Continue".

Verify your email
You will have received an email titled "Verify your email" -- click the "VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT" button to complete your signup.
